The Islamic Revolution and the rise of political Islam triggered alarms for the United States and the global arrogant system. The collapse of the US dependent regime، the anti-imperialist slogans of the Iran revolutionary governments، the threat of the development of the Islamic revolutionary concept in other countries in the West Asian region، and seeking Islamism in the area، brought about serious concerns for America. This research is aimed at finding out and explaining the American Methods of setting up، Supporting and directing terrorism in the West Asia and providing strategic suggestions for confrontation. The main question regards the America Methods for the formation of terrorism in the West Asia، and that how it can be coped with. This is a mixed research، quantitative and qualitative، descriptive-analytical and survey method، whose data is collected by library and field Methods using questionnaires and interviews. The results indicated that America، pursuing its goals، is enforcing Iran phobia، Islamophobia (Shi'a phobia) and triggering ethnic differences in Islamic countries،

Background and purpose: Disclosure of corruption plays an important role in facilitating the process of fighting corruption and realizing administrative health. Considering the hidden layers of corruption, disclosure of corruption is an important mechanism for reporting illegal behavior or violations to the organization's management, authorities and the general public. Exposing corruption can also have harmful consequences for whistleblowers. For this reason, disclosure of corruption and whistleblowers in developed countries are considered and protected by the law. In Iran, various steps have been taken to support corruption whistleblowers. But these measures are scattered and inconsistent. The current research seeks to identify and categorize the Methods of Supporting corruption whistleblowers in order to provide a comprehensive view to the legislators and policy makers in the field of anti-corruption. Method: To achieve this goal, thematic analysis method has been used. The research data includes reports and interviews published by academic experts and executive authorities, as well as related researches that have been collected by documentary method. The sampling method is purposive sampling, which is continued until reaching theoretical saturation. Findings: The findings of the research include different concepts, each concept represents a way to support whistleblowers. These strategies are organized based on conceptual affinity in five main themes of legal support, security support, financial support, administrative support and social support. Conclusion: Supporting corruption whistleblowers requires a set of different legal solutions, security support, financial support, administrative support and social support, which should be used in the amendment and completion of existing laws in Iran.

Automatic topic detection seems unavoidable in social media analysis due to big text data which their users generate. Clustering-based Methods are one of the most important and up-to-date categories in topic detection. The goal of this research is to have a wide study on this category. Therefore, this paper aims to study the main components of clustering-based-topic-detection, which are embedding Methods, distance metrics, and clustering algorithms. Transfer learning and consequently pretrained language models and word embeddings have been considered in recent years. Regarding the importance of embedding Methods, the efficiency of five new embedding Methods, from earlier to recent ones, are compared in this paper. To conduct our study, two commonly used distance metrics, in addition to five important clustering algorithms in the field of topic detection, are implemented by the authors. As COVID-19 has turned into a hot trending topic on social networks in recent years, a dataset including one-month tweets collected with COVID-19-related hashtags is used for this study. More than 7500 experiments are performed to determine tunable parameters. Then all combinations of embedding Methods, distance metrics and clustering algorithms (50 combinations) are evaluated using Silhouette metric. Results show that T5 strongly outperforms other embedding Methods, cosine distance is weakly better than other distance metrics, and DBSCAN is superior to other clustering algorithms.

In a verifiable database scheme (VDB), a client with limited storage resources securely outsources its very large and dynamic database to an untrusted server such that any attempt to tamper with the data, or even any unintentional changes to the data, can be detected by the client with high probability. The latest work in this area has tried to add the secure search feature of single keyword and multiple keywords. In this paper, we intend to add a range query to the features of this database. The scheme presented in this article provides the requirements of a secure search, namely the completeness of the search result, the proof of the empty search result, the lack of additional information leakage and the freshness of the search results, as well as the database with public verifiability. In the proposed scheme, the computational complexity of the client is not changed significantly compared with the previous scheme, but the computational and storage complexity of the server has increased which is justifiable by its rich resources.

The purpose of this study was to review and systematically combine the researches performed on promoting teaching reflection with a focus on technology Methods and tools facilitated reflective discussion. The research method was a systematic review and this review covered scientific research over the past ten years (2008-2018). By searching different databases and applying inclusion criteria, finally 26 articles were identified as eligible for analysis and the research results were organized into two general categories including the facilitating Methods and facilitating technological tools. In the category of Methods, two types of Methods for identifying incoherent situations were identified, including providing and helping to identify incoherent situations. Identified Methods for deepening reflective discussion included asking questions to guide reflection, questioning ideas, providing expert and stakeholder feedback, highlighting conflicts, presenting questioning stimuli, and asking questions for reflection evaluation. To recognize change, two categories of retrospective and futuristic Methods were identified. For the facilitation technology tool that support reflection promotion, four types of tools were identified: 1. Tools related to data management and documentation, 2. Tools for presenting and preparing reflective content, 3. Reflection representation tools and concepts related to reflection, and 4. Social tools that facilitate reflection discussions. The findings of the present study can help university professors, especially Farhangian University, to facilitate the promotion of students’ reflection by using these Methods.

A jurisprudential research in Supporting foreign tourists English In today's world, the tourism industry is one of the fields that has received attention due to the groundwork for progress and the important role it plays in human social relationships. Since Islamic jurisprudence has entered into various fields of human life and specifies the duties of the obligees, the question of the upcoming research is what position should be taken in relation to this industry from the point of view of jurisprudence in the Islamic government. The author, with an interdisciplinary research of the type of analyticaldocumentary research with the method of collecting library information, is pursuing a jurisprudential examination of the Islamic government's encounter with the tourism industry in the light of Quranic and narrative documentation and the views of jurists in this field. Examining the Islamic verses and traditions shows that the importance of the Islamic religion to this issue is important, the most important components raised in this context are in the form of the rule of honoring human beings, the jurisprudential rule of conditions and harm, and the contract of safety. Therefore, jurisprudence, while accepting this industry, has approached its exclusive territory due to the necessity of public expediency in the field of cultural and economic prosperity of the Islamic government, and has also proposed solutions for the presence of foreign tourists and tourists in order to preserve the religious and cultural essence of the Islamic society.
